Unfortunately, the situation took a frustrating turn when I requested a tracking number for the replacement. They informed me that I would receive the tracking information within 2-3 days. As of today, 5 days have passed, and I am still without the tracking details. Despite my persistent inquiries, I have not received any response from their customer service team. While the quality of their product is undoubtedly exceptional, the lack of efficient and responsive customer service was unexpected and disappointing.
