Review Description: What a great experience! I have just had a chat online with Theresa, who was extremely helpful with my query, fast and efficient. Unfortunately the item was out of stock, but she very kindly arranged to include my email on the stock list, so when it arrives in, I will get a notification.Based on my first experience I have to say I am very impressed. Hopefully I will be placing my first order soon!
