Poor knowlege.

My review for elektramat.nl Poor knowlege. Despite asking questions about the product before buying, I realize now they do not know much about what they are selling, even for the product of their own brand.. I ended up buying 3 identical conduits to hide electrical cables. 4 euros a piece, blus 35 euros of shipping. Upon arrival, the product cannot be attached the way it is supposed to, with a plastic grove preventing to stick double tape where it is supposed to go. On a chat with them, they maintain tape should be used to attach the product, despite the pictures I sent showing the physical impossibility of their request.55 euros down the drain.
