No person with their brains in place can leave a proper review for such a poorly managed company. Bought mattress, mattress topper and blanket on November 18 2023. Received topper and blanket. Returned blanket and after 2 months, finally got the money back. Mattress - NEVER DELIVERED. 37 emails, 10 phone calls, out of which 8 I was dropped (waiting time on average 20-30min on the phone). I bought the most expensive mattress and spent 1187EUR on it. Will I ever see my money back? 99.9% that never. Why? They keep telling me that I will see my money by the end of the week for 3 months already :) And you know what? For the last 3 weeks they keep telling me that my money is back in the account but basically it's back only for my mattress topper. And all this time they kept gaslighting me that the mattress was refunded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOUR MONEY! NEVER BUY FROM THEM! NEVER! NEVER!!!!!
