Upon arrival, I discovered that the sink had small imperfections, which was incredibly disappointing. The process of filing a complaint and waiting for a resolution took several weeks, adding to my frustration. To make matters worse, the replacement sink was unavailable. The communication and response from the customer service team were nothing short of a disaster. As if that wasn't enough, the bathroom cabinet, coupled with the faulty sink, proved to be a complete design failure. The supposedly smooth-closing drawers only function properly when empty, and the sink's drainage is inadequate, causing water to accumulate. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise against purchasing from emotion-24.de.
