My evaluation for ep.de Ich hatte vor einigen Monaten eine sehr schlechte Bewertung abgegeben. Ich hatte eben auch h schlechte Erfahrungen mit Mitarbeitern gemacht. Etliche Wochen später rief plötzlich Herr Loll persönlich bei mir an, weil er ziemlich betroffen von meinen Schilderungen conflict. Im Laufe eines sehr freundlichen Gespräches bot mir Herr Loll dann an, dass er mir den Betrag für eine mangelhaft erbrachte Leistung gerne erstatten würde. Da conflict ich dann aber sehr positiv überrascht! Das ist dann doch ein toller Service. So hält man sich deine Kunden. B

I can’t praise EP enough for their exceptional service and reliability. After facing major issues with big electronics retailers and their complicated and unreliable delivery processes, we turned to our local EP dealer, and the difference was night and day. We had previously ordered a LED-TV from two major chains, with delivery times ranging from 2-3 days to 10 days, only to be told after 2 months that the product was "currently unavailable". Frustrated, we decided to try our local EP dealer and were thrilled to find the TV in stock and available for immediate pickup. Additionally, we ordered two large household appliances from EP and were pleasantly surprised when they arrived within 3 days, despite the promised delivery time of 7-10 days. The delivery team was prompt and efficient, although the behavior of the installer left much to be desired. Despite this, the appliances were successfully installed, and EP promptly addressed our concerns. Fast forward to the performance of the appliances - a Bosch table refrigerator and another refrigerator from a different brand. The Bosch refrigerator proved to be unreliable, with inconsistent temperature control and malfunctioning buttons. On the other hand, the second refrigerator from EP has been flawless, maintaining stable temperatures and living up to its functionality. With EP’s exceptional service and performance, I wouldn’t hesitate to turn to them for my next purchase, as long as the price and delivery time align with my needs. It’s a relief to finally find a retailer that prioritizes reliability and customer satisfaction. EP has certainly won our loyalty for future purchases. R

In contrast to the cold atmosphere I experienced at other stores, the EP staff was polite, although they struggled to provide answers beyond what was in the product manual. The checkout process was formal and time-consuming, taking 20 minutes to complete. Subsequently, I ordered two household appliances from EP, both of which arrived earlier than expected. The delivery was prompt, with the scheduled time being almost perfectly adhered to. However, the delivery person's rudeness tainted the experience, instructing me to leave the kitchen while he worked. Despite this, he efficiently set up the appliances within 80 minutes. Regarding the appliances themselves, a Bosch table refrigerator proved to be unreliable, failing to maintain the desired temperature and exhibiting erratic behavior. In contrast, another brand's larger refrigerator functioned flawlessly, maintaining temperatures accurately in both the cooling and freezing compartments. Despite the mixed experiences, I would consider returning to EP for future purchases, provided that the pricing and delivery times align with my needs. "I never thought I'd find myself writing a review like this, but my recent experience at ep.de has left me with no choice. I accompanied my mother to the Ep. MediaPark Schubinsky in Quedlinburg as she needed to get her LG smartphone's screen fixed. However, to our disappointment, the staff there refused to repair it, claiming it was too old and that she should simply buy a new phone instead. This was frustrating and frankly, quite disheartening. The way we were brushed off made me question their commitment to customer service, friendliness, and environmental sustainability. Yes, her phone may be 6 years old, but that shouldn't excuse such dismissive behavior towards customers. It's not just about the individual device, but also about reducing electronic waste and being mindful of the environment. This experience has truly shattered our trust in this store. We won't be recommending it to anyone, and it's a shame because positive word-of-mouth is something they'll certainly be lacking from us. Despite the device's six-year-old status, we couldn't help but feel let down by the lack of customer care, friendliness, and environmental consciousness displayed. This encounter left a bitter taste, eroding the trust my mother and I had placed in this establishment. Regrettably, positive recommendations from us are no longer viable.
