Upon scanning for a colour on my own, a lady who worked there opened the drawer and hit me on my leg with it. She didn't even apologise so I left the store. I called customer service and spoke to the in store experience team. All they offered me was an apology gift and they couldn't confirm what would be in it. I asked for a voucher to cover the cost of something I actually wanted to use and they refused. Very unhappy.
