My assessment for eurail.com Chatbot could not cope with difficulty until cancelled move, for charge, and repurchased. Obtained chatbot to ref me to human, and the difficulty was resolved by e-mail tremendous quick retaining the identical move. Phew! (Months after shopping for move, on importing it to app previous to validation, noticed typo in date of beginning 12 months. Prospect of cancelling move and repurchase stuffed me with dread as no thought how that will have an effect on my Eurostar and different reservations) P

My review for eurail.com This is the worst travel company I have ever come across. There is literally no customer service and they almost take no responsibility for what happens on your journey. I am travelling as I am writing this and continuously losing money. They take a really long time to answer (only via email) and you always have to deal with different people and keep explaining again and again. They theoretically offer partial refunds but they make it extremely difficult to do that in order to discourage you for applying (and even if you manage to apply they offer tiny amounts). To give you a sense of one of the most worrying thing about this company is that they remove reviews from all their social media. Many friends of mine have been inconvenienced and they type their comments on facebook and instagram, but there is nothing there. Their public reviews are turned off, something you can easily check for yourselves. Here they respond to reviews saying that they are willing to help, but this never really does. They just do it automatically so that it looks like they exist as a company. It is one of the most untrustworthy companies I have ever seen. And they are not even cheap in any sense of the world. J
