Review Description: Pickup of the car was superb, car itself was extremely bad and I would not recommend that car type to anyone (Toyota CHR). It is classified as a SUV, but has less ground clearance than any normal car for example. Staff was very friendly and return of the car went without a hick-up.1 star minus comes from not having a spare tire or any insurance on the matter, so cost of the tire and work for it was from my wallet. Which is rather funny if you think of it, rent of a car doesn't include tires?

Review Description: We have used Europcar several times. The service has always been courteous and efficient and the cars clean and reliable. This is the second time that we have been served by James at London Stansted airport. We have always found him very welcoming and very helpful. On this occasion we received a free upgrade without undue delay as the car originally booked developed a puncture. Return as always was smooth and rapid. We feel pricing is competitive and we will continue to use Europcar.

Review Description: DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM EUROPCAR in Zurich Switzerland. The predatory pricing we experienced increased our rental rate by three times the rate for the car! The model we rented was not available (not true) and we were upsold. Tne medium insurance was two times the rental rate for the 12 days. We will continue pursuing changes in their practices for other unwary consumers.

Review Description: Do not hire first car had over 20 faults I broke down and the aa man said theres no way this should have rented out second car had a chip in the window witch at first they tried to blame me I lost it on the phone so put me on a watch list so then all u can do is email them and get pass from pillar to post and no one seems to know how to resolve it they also tried to make a claim for a new window screen off my insurance company cuz again they staff didn't do there job properly
