Europcar’s Insurance policies & Web site Are Not Serving to Their Status

My evaluation for europcar.pt I didn't see the choice on Europcar’s web site to lease a automobile close to downtown Porto, so I reserved pickup and drop off at airport. Since I didn’t want the automobile for our first 3 days in downtown Porto I deliberate to journey again out to airport to choose it up. Then I found a Europcar workplace simply steps from our downtown resort. After I tried to switch the reservation Europcar web site was so complicated about penalties to switch or cancel. Then I obtained on a Reside Chat with a Europcar chat one that was so unhelpful and stated: “Sorry, that is a global reservation and I don’t learn about modifying it”. Huh? Isn’t Europcar an “worldwide” firm? Shouldn’t Reside Chat be capable to reply such a primary query? Nicely it’s an organization that gained’t ever get future enterprise from this frequent traveler. They need to be ashamed of this sort of poor service.
