Review Description: Placed an order on the 25th November, sent 2 emails with automated replies and on live chat twice, just to be told wait a couple of more days. Their customer services is non existent like my order. Will never order from them again. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Review Description: I have to agree with previous reviews. I have emailed Evans 3 times requesting a delivery date for items I paid for but have not had the courtesy of a response. The online chat facility is not available. This is appalling customer service and is not acceptable. Should I not receive a response within the next few days I will instruct my bank to claw back funds paid for goods not received and advise other customers to do the same. Maybe then Evans will wake up and conduct their business properly.

Review Description: Ordered items from Evans on the 28/11 only to be told ( like everyone else!) that it is somewhere in the vast Evri warehouse of doom.I have tried to contact Evans twice but think they have gone on strike in solidarity with nurses because they don't get back to you.I too wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, I would have spent my hard earned cash on a company that deserves it, Evans used to be such a good reliable company. What went wrong? Will never order from them again.
