Review Description: Unfortunately I forgot to read the reviews beforehand..I ordered a personalized mens bracelet. Its too small. After 4 phonecalls I got someone who spoke decent English. They will not refund me since its personalized. There are no extra links available and no extenders. I am sunk after spending $99.37 This company should be put out of business. There needs to be a law in place to protect online consumers from this thievery .
