Also, a small product had leaked due to some dried product around the cap, and a shower gel wasn't closed properly. Lastly, I found the presence of parabens and phenoxyethanol in two of the products didn't sit well with me, especially since I had checked and thought the shower gel and deodorant were free from these ingredients, but I missed checking the scrubs. Despite these hiccups, I still appreciate the overall quality and variety of their products, and I must say, the scents are simply delightful. I'll definitely continue to shop with them, but I'll pay closer attention to the details next time.
