Just less than 24 hours before my appointment, I received a call informing me that my appointment had been canceled. This left me in a frenzy, scrambling to find another garage to accommodate me in such short notice. What added to my frustration was the lack of any communication regarding a refund. Days went by, and I heard nothing from them in regards to reimbursing me for the inconvenience caused. Instead, I received a generic email thanking me for choosing their services. At that moment, I truly wished I had taken my business elsewhere. As a customer who values punctuality and professionalism, I couldn't help but feel let down by this experience. Your time and trust in a service provider should be respected and honored, and unfortunately, that was not the case this time. In the future, I hope F1 Autocentres will work on their communication and customer service practices to ensure that no other customer has to go through the same ordeal.
