I recently had a rather disappointing experience with famosa.es. About 2 and a half years ago, we gifted our daughter the LITTLE LIVE PETS Sleepy Puppy. It worked perfectly well until the last battery change, after which it stopped performing some of its functions. The puppy had not been mishandled and was in pristine condition. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the warranty had expired and that they do not offer repair services, despite selling the product under their brand at a rather high price. The only solution offered was to purchase a new one. It's disheartening to see such an expensive toy become non-functional after just two and a half years. This experience raises concerns about the values we impart to our children, promoting recycling and reusing, only to discard and replace items that quickly become non-operational.
