Review Description: I get weekly food deliver through fed ex. 5 of the last 6 deliveries were made at a neighbors address instead of mine. It's fun wandering around every week wondering where my package is. The delivery drivers are morons. Maybe FedEx should hire employees with minimum 3rd grade level intelligence. Review Description: I was having 3 packages from Amazon being delivered to my work address. We were opened til 2:00 pm. I received an email stating delivery was attempted at 11:33 (TOTAL LIE) I was there til 2:30, I called FedEx to let them know I was there. She said the driver said I was closed. Total lie. Wish Amazon would stop using them. Horrible service, and drivers too lazy, so they lie. Unexceptable!!

Review Description: I hate the Raeford NC FedEx. On 12/10/22 at 11:47am, a short 5ft. 4in. tall light skin black man with black beanie cap on threw my package 2 ft. away from my door. He literally threw it. I watch this FedEx driver out my window throw my package. He didn't knock on my door either. I never receive good customer service from the Raeford NC FedEx.

Review Description: Stayed home all day waiting for a package that needed a signature. Missed a family event, FedEx was a no show. Don't call people ans tell them to expect delivery if your not coming. They should set up text messages stating when they are 1 to 2 hours from delivery. Our furniture delivery had a site you could follow the driver from stop to stop, get with the times FedEx.

Review Description: Very disappointed with FedEx refund policy. I have been shipping packages through FedEx for a few years now, till April 2022, none of the boxes went missing. Between April and July, 5 boxes went missing and each time it is the box with the most expensive items went missing. I have been shipping multiple boxes shipments each time. Now it is over 6 months and the year is abt to end, but I am yet to receive any refund for one shipment that cost me over 4300usd. for a big company like FedEx, this is very frustrating.

Review Description: I have gotten emails that they have attempted delivery 4 times, but "business was closed". We are a private home, not a business and one of us has been home every day they claim to have tried. Now it's postponed again until Monday! The information they put on the tracking is flat out a lie, as well as what their representatives tell you. I NEVER have issues with UPS or DHL. On time delivery and accurate shipping information.
