I always find that, when I speak to the advisors, they are brilliant and very efficient and getting a good response for me. The reason it isn't 5 stars is because I find the security and automated system on the web chat to be a waste of time. It never accepts my pin code and transfers me to an advisor. Then the advisor will confirm the exact same pin code as correct. Also, I shouldn't have to confirm all my details when I am providing a pin code or password... I believe this needs reviewed on their systems. Everything else though is perfect.
