I got 3 different ppl saying 3 different thing and on top of that they all hung up on me. And then when I called back to speak with a supervisor they left me on hold for so long. I will never shop here again. And I hope no one else does. They full of crap.

Review Description: I buy so many sneakers from various places and finishline is by far the absolute worst. I've literally spent about $3,000 or more this year with them and there's always a problem every time but my last order I placed on September 20th just never shipped here it is over a month later and I still didn't receive my shoes I literally had to call them to see where my shoes are at and they just apologized said it didn't ship and all they could do was issue a return. That will be the last dollar I spend with them bet that.

Review Description: I ordered a winter coat and minutes later I received an email stating my order was canceled. I had it sent to my PO Box which customer service said it could go but the decline was it couldnt now I have to wait days to get my money back on my card. They said it was my bank. No I think its bad training on your part and if things cant be shipped to a po box then dont say it can and take my money. Terrible people.

The stores wouldn’t accept them because they were different so I shipped them back. 2 weeks later the same shoes arrived back at my house with a letter saying “we’re unable to process the return, as the item being returned is not on the order” Well duh Finish Line!!! You sent me the wrong shoes!! You didn’t send me what I paid for!!! Now you won’t accept them back??? Give me my money back!!!
