I tried everything to get in touch with the company - Instagram, Facebook, multiple emails, and several phone calls to different numbers. Nothing worked. No one responded to my emails about my order, and the phone numbers were all dead ends. Finally, I decided to cancel my order due to the horrible customer service. But even that was a mess. When I asked for the cancellation, I didn't get a proper response or any confirmation that it was actually canceled. It's like they didn't care at all. I've never had such a bad experience shopping online, especially not in Sweden. It's unbelievable to me that a company like this can still be in business with such terrible customer service. I've had it - if I don't get my package or hear about the cancellation by the end of the week, I'm reporting them to konsumentverket and the police. Believe me, stay away from this company.
