While waiting in the lobby, I observed a disheartening interaction where a white lady received exceptional service and was even offered to have tire patches picked up from another store, while my own needs were overlooked. As a loyal customer who frequently visits for alignments covered under warranty, I was utterly shocked by the rude behavior of a new employee named Brent. His dismissive and unorganized approach left me feeling disrespected and unvalued as a customer. The subsequent visit only added to my frustration, as my car was left for an entire day for a tire rotation that was never performed, especially given the high cost of my tires. Despite these disappointments, I decided to give Firestone another chance and returned on 7/21 for a carry-in with a new tire. I specifically requested that the tire be mounted on the rim, with a valve stem and balance. However, upon picking up my vehicle, I was informed that the service would cost an additional $20. To my dismay, upon closer inspection, I discovered that the tire was not balanced, and the valve stem was leaking.
