Poor service, seemingly denial of problem

My overview for fiskars.com Context: A part of this overview is detailing Gerber service or lack of it and mentions one other merchandise solely in context of the help for this one. The response to Gerber guarantee has been from Fiskars thus this overview. I purchased the Gerber Copper Affinity with no thumbstud, they didn’t have the thumbstud and was imagined to ship me a substitute – obtained the Pledge. Not one other model of the Affinity, the Pledge which is a less expensive knife. BTW this course of took MONTHS. For those who assume getting a complete knife is healthier than a thumbstud, I’d disagree with you. I've low cost knives, I can recognize one thing on the pricepoint it's bought at, the Pledge will not be one I need at ANY worth level. Extraordinarily poor motion (you can't flick it open even with wrist motion) and really low cost deal with materials. I point out it simply to point out what you possibly can count on from Gerber.
