Despite my effort to cancel via email, no response ensued, contradicting the promised 1-day turnaround mentioned on Instagram. Frustratingly, after 10 business days post-refund confirmation, no resolution was in sight. Resorting to a transaction dispute, I felt compelled to address the apparent lack of customer care. The necessity of resorting to Instagram for communication seemed unwarranted and off-putting. Regrettably, this ordeal highlights the inadequacy of customer service offered by FleurMarche, dissuading me from recommending them to others.
