dealing with Flightxp.com is a…NIGHTMARE.

When I first encountered Flightxp.com, I was skeptical about booking my trip with them. However, I decided to take the plunge and unfortunately faced a cancellation due to the impact of Covid-19. Initially, I was disheartened and frustrated with the experience, feeling like I was left in the dark. I felt like I was hitting dead ends – unanswered emails, unreachable over the phone, and unclear communication about my refund. The process was draining, especially with the constant battle to claim what was rightfully mine - a refund of 17,000/-. It seemed like an endless and painful ordeal. But then, something changed. Pathetic Service

Disappointingly, my emails went unanswered, leaving me feeling abandoned and overlooked. In a last-ditch effort, I decided to call their customer service line, only to be met with a recorded message directing me to send yet another email, creating a frustrating cycle of unresponsiveness. I booked a ticket with them which was cancelled due to covid…

very bad service with regards to their customer care

Hi I have been trying to cancel my ticket ....by logging in via their online website and by calling their number ..their website says shows up an error ....and the number given online doesnt give any reply ...trip id : 200221812756I guess this is their way of telling , not giving the refund . We book the refundable tickets so as to get the refund. Never book a ticket from these people .

When I needed to make changes to my ticket, I was directed to contact their CustomerCare services for assistance. Unfortunately, what followed was nothing short of a nightmarish experience. I spent a considerable amount of time navigating through their phone system, enduring three separate calls, each lasting over 30 minutes, before finally reaching a booking clerk. To my dismay, the assistance I received was subpar, to say the least. Despite my genuine need to change the flight date, I was appalled to learn that I would be required to pay nearly the full fare for this seemingly simple adjustment. The lack of flexibility and the unyielding stance were truly disheartening. What troubled me even more was the inadequacy of the explanations provided and the absence of any meaningful help. It deeply pains me to say that the staff appeared to be poorly trained and ill-equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. I later learned that Flight XP is a part of Clear Trip, and I couldn't help but question the policies and practices of such a reputed company. Without meaningful changes, I fear that Flight XP might suffer a fate similar to that of Thomas Cook. FlightXP: A Disappointing Experience of Double Charges and Empty Promises

I had a deeply disappointing experience with FlightXP.com, where I felt nothing but cheated. Upon booking my trip with Trip ID 190823374144, I encountered the distressing issue of being double charged for my SXR-BLR-SXR flight on 26th August. This led me to make 15 phone calls and send numerous emails, complete with evidence of the double charge, in an attempt to resolve the matter. Despite my persistent efforts, it wasn't until 3rd September, after expressing my utmost disappointment and even mentioning potential legal action, that their supervisor, Ms. Roshni, finally promised a positive resolution for the refund by the end of the day. This prolonged ordeal left me deeply unsatisfied with the entire team's services. I regretfully caution any potential customer to think carefully before considering FlightXP or Clear Trip for their booking needs, as my experience left me feeling as though I had been intentionally cheated.
