This unexpected setback not only cost us a precious day of our vacation but also lacked any form of adequate apology or compensation such as a voucher for future flights. Despite the initial setback, our experience on board during the flight was satisfactory and the return flight was fortunately on time. However, our grievances continued on our journey back on 26.12 when we encountered issues with seat arrangements. Despite having paid for 3 seats in one row, we were unable to check in online, and upon doing so at the airport, we found that our seats were not together as expected. This led to a frustrating ordeal at the check-in counter as we had to present our invoice and engage in discussions to secure the 3 seats together, even though we had already paid for them. In the end, while the airline's service during the flight was acceptable, the overall experience left much to be desired.
