Double booked me and refuse to refund

My evaluate for flytap.com For my part, Faucet Portugal is a low value and flies routes nobody else needs to fly. So I do not await a lot from their planes, employees and providers. However their reserving course of and refund insurance policies are even worse. They charged me full worth however solely half of the reserving went via. I needed to pay once more. I requested the refund for the earlier reserving. I'm nonetheless ready for the refund and I'm fairly positive I'll by no means obtain it with no lawyer. Telephone assist is ineffective and asks to submit every part on-line. On-line assist by no means replies. The flight was in August 2023, now it is February 2024.
