Review Description: On 18 October my connecting flight from Lisbon to Paris was cancelled twice. I ended up flying at 3am the next day, in chaotic conditions. There was no one to help travellers check their bags (neither for business class travellers by the way). I filed a claim on 18 Oct, today is 3 december and still no feedback. Review Description: Unfortunately I left my vintage leather jacket on the plane due to the rush to catch the connecting flight Lisbon-London. Since my first fligh Madeira-Lisbon was delayed. I had to run through the airport to catch the next flight and barely made it. I was hoping to get my jacket back since I knew exactly where I left it. Tap Portugal told me that they haven't found anything like this. Which means their employees are not trustworthy and someone just took it. Heartbroken.

Review Description: I booked a flight to Lisbon with a few hours stay in Porto for transfer. I was asked if I wanted to pay for a lounge for the wait. I paid the money and when I got to Porto the lounge was shut. I have asked for my money back but no movement. I would not buy a lounge if I were you.

Review Description: Recently took a flight from Porto to Dublin, with a connection in Lisbon. The flight from Porto to Lisbon got delayed and we arrived in Lisbon 40 minutes before the departure of the flight to Dublin. TAP staff didn't let us go to the gate, even though the gate was still boarding. We were given an option to take a flight the next day with a huge connection. We ended up taking a Ryanair flight. Awful experience!

Review Description: Trying to book a flight through website but it keeps coming up with errors. Had the same problem a week ago. Suddenly worked. Also cannot check in online for a flight. Calles customer service, they said they're on it and I should try in an hour again, didn't work, called again and they told me the same thing again. Review Description: I had a fly from Morocco to punta cana we paid and reserved everything. Tap confirmed us that we will need any visa for this travel. Once in the airport the visa is required and no one is on the service. We were about 16 person with the same case. Worst experience. And i don't recommend it at all. + no refunds until now !!
