My assessment for fnac.be by no means purchase something from this web site , I purchased electrical scooter there was greater than 5 days delay and the customer support know nothing the place is my order precisely I needed to contact the publish on my own on a regular basis. and when It lastly arrived I came upon the scooter is already related with another person E mail within the official utility , I contact the customer support , they stated go to our store that can assist you , I went there and so they stated we can't do something all we will do is to ship it again and wait 10 days or 2 weeks or maybye extra they dont know , Fnac customer support by no means discovered an actual resolution for any drawback and so they by no means supply any form of compensation ! it's the worse on-line purchasing exprience

My assessment for fnac.be Ridiculous enterprise mannequin, asking 2.99 Euro for pickup of a web-based order in retailer. Ineffective membership scheme. Good luck, again to Amazon. P. S. Lastly, disillusioned by the order preparation cost (not delivery fee because it was for pickup in retailer!), I ordered on Amazon. Please, don't ask an order quantity, however make it clear if FNAC prices 2.99 Euro for pickup in retailer (on high of supply prices, if house supply)
