DO NOT BUY FROM FNAC!

Subject: Impressive Service and Customer Care at FNAC I cannot recommend FNAC enough for their outstanding customer service and support. From the moment I purchased a new TV from their website, the entire experience was seamless. Even though the TV wasn't on display at the store, the quality and specifications were exactly as described. When I got the TV home, however, I realized that I wanted a different model. I was worried that I would be stuck with a TV I didn't want, but FNAC's customer care team went above and beyond to help me. Despite their policy stating that opened electronic devices are not refundable, they made an exception in my case. The representative I spoke with was incredibly understanding and empathetic, and they offered me the option to either exchange the TV for a different model or receive a voucher. To my astonishment, the price of the product was suddenly inflated to 350€, but with a supposed 20% discount for cardholders, bringing it back down to 280€. This blatant price manipulation left me feeling cheated and disheartened. As a loyal customer, I believe in fair and transparent pricing, and this experience has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. I had even diligently captured screenshots to compare the prices before and after the so-called "discounts," revealing the misleading tactics employed by Fnac. Faux Reductions at Fnac Portugal

My assessment for fnac.pt This week I used to be searching for a "Bluetooth JBL PartyBox Encore" at Fnac Web site. Final Friday (October 27) the product was at their Web site for the worth of 262,99€ (worth checklist). The folks that has their Loyalty Card would have a 5% low cost (and so the ultimate worth could be at 250€). This weekend (October 29) Fnac began a mega marketing campaign referred to as "Black Offers Fnac" with what they are saying as "per week with large reductions"... I am a Loyalty Card holder and I used to be ready for this week to see if the product I needed could be with a decrease worth than the 250€ that have been final Friday... Shock, shock... for this "superb" week Fnac handed this product worth for 350€ and says within the Web site that, for Card Holders, this week the worth has 20% low cost... so, as a result of we're in a "particular week", the worth could be 280€... That is completely not appropriate... they elevated the worth and are saying that they provide a 20% low cost as a result of we're in a particular week. I place beneath pictures of the costs that have been within the Web site on Friday and than on the weekend...
