Ordered outdoor furniture… they…

I'm excited to share my experience with Frontera and their outdoor furniture. After placing my order, the delivery process hit a snag when the scheduled appointment was canceled without my knowledge. This meant that my husband had taken a day off work for nothing. Frustrated and anxious, I reached out to Mark, Francis, and Gabby at Pilot last mile delivery, hoping for a quick resolution. Despite living just 15 minutes away from their warehouse, I was initially told that there were no available trucks in my area. This news was disheartening, especially after missing a full day of work. I even inquired about compensation for the inconvenience, only to receive a generic apology in response. Experiencing such poor customer service was disheartening, especially after eagerly anticipating the arrival of my outdoor furniture. This unnecessary hassle left a sour taste in my mouth and overshadowed the excitement of finally receiving my order. Overall, Frontera's furniture may be top-notch, but the delivery experience through Pilot last mile left much to be desired. I hope that future customers won't have to face similar challenges and that both Frontera and Pilot last mile can work together to ensure a smoother and more transparent delivery process for everyone.

Initially disheartened by the unsatisfactory response, I persisted in seeking a resolution. I was struck by the impeccable customer service provided, despite the initial challenge. While no immediate solution was available that day, the understanding and sincerity displayed by Gabby and the team left a lasting impression. In the end, though unable to compensate for the lost day of work, the genuine apology and efforts extended by the team at Last Mile Delivery truly exemplified a commitment to customer satisfaction. I appreciated the empathy shown and the willingness to address the issue with grace and integrity. It is reassuring to know that even in moments of difficulty, there are dedicated professionals who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for their customers.

HORRIBLE

My review for frontera.com HORRIBLE. AVOID. I ordered a $9,000 umbrella that arrived damaged with a burn mark. I notified them the next day of the damage and they said they would work on it. After a couple days, they emailed me back refusing to fix/replace it and blamed it on me, the customer. They asked me if I had a fire pit or fireplace, which I do not. Or they said it might have been someone in the neighborhood shooting off leftover fireworks. The AUDACITY. They said since the reporting of it was more than 7 days after delivery (which is not true, I reported it the very next day after installation with photo evidence of the damage), that they are unable to take any recourse regarding this damage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They immediately arranged for a replacement table to be sent out and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. What truly touched me was how understanding they were when I explained that I couldn't tend to the issue right away due to my upcoming surgery for an Achilles’ tendon. They were incredibly accommodating and assured me that they would take care of everything when I was ready. This level of compassion and professionalism is rare to come by these days, and I'm so grateful to have found a company that prioritizes their customers' well-being. I've also purchased other furniture from frontera.com, totaling $13,000.00, and every piece has exceeded my expectations. The quality, design, and overall shopping experience have been exceptional. Beware of internet sites that don’t allow for direct customer reviews. Their reply is incorrect. I told them I could not get back until two weeks as I had to have surgery for an Achilles’ tendon. They refused to accommodate for this health problem which I feel was very very concerning. This was after I spent $13,000.00 on other furniture. They clearly put profits before people!

I recently had a disappointing experience with a cover purchase from frontera.com. I hastily added some chaise lounge chair covers to my cart without thoroughly reviewing the product information. To my dismay, I discovered that at $122 each, these covers were non-refundable, as noted in the product info section. When the covers didn't fit, I attempted to exchange them, but was met with resistance. The customer service representative informed me that they could not accept returns for the custom-made covers. Despite her promise to consult with her manager, I received an impersonal email stating that no returns would be accepted, with a brief apology attached. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this company. This experience left a bitter taste, especially given the significant investment I had made in their products. Basically if you don’t look at all …beware!!

My review for frontera.com Basically if you don't look at all product info before you add to cart you are on your own. I ordered some chaise lounge chair covers and instead of looking at the whole product info I added them to my cart. They costed $122 each and when I checked out I never was told that they could not be returned. There answer to me was iin the product info section where it said that these are made to order and would take 4-6 weeks to get. I got mine in 7 days then tried them and they didn't fit. I called to try to exchange and the girl told me this is the part of her job she hates the most and told me they could not take back but also said she would talk to her manager and call me back the next day. I received an email from her stating she didn't have time to call and that she hoped this email saying they will not except any return for this item was ok with me. Oh she also said sorry. I guess she has to tell people this so often it makes her feel better by hiding behind an email. I will never buy another product from this company. Not to mention the chaise lounges cost me over 8k and they wounded even exchange covers for me to protect what I already purchased. Buyers beware. Not a good company!!!!! Rob Grote.
