I had a wonderful experience with fullbeauty.com! I placed an order on 06-26-23 and unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address by FedEX. I was understandably frustrated, but the fullbeauty.com team was incredibly understanding and supportive throughout the entire process. FedEX initially made an error and took a picture of the incorrect delivery porch. However, the fullbeauty.com team worked diligently to resolve the issue, even though FedEX insisted on an affidavit and police report. Despite these challenges, the fullbeauty.com team went above and beyond to ensure that I received my package. They were empathetic and provided exceptional customer service, turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. On 07-13-23, my package miraculously found its way to my front porch. My review for fullbeauty.com I placed an order on 06-26-23 for 123.29. My order was delivered on 07-06-23 to the wrong address. FedEX took a picture of the porch it was delivered to, and it's clearly not mine. FullBeauty/One Stop won't help me without an affidavit and police report, even though they/FedEX are clearly at fault. Talk about being made to feel like a criminal.7-13-23 Package managed to find it's way to my front porch. While I'm happy that it arrived, I no longer wish to do business with FullBeauty/ One Stop. No change has been made to FedEX info.
