Review Description: Horrible! Non-existent customer service! Item arrived damaged - I emailed twice to ask for a refund and where to return item. No response, no customer care, and no chat available. Phone case shoddy and poor quality, the personalised photo is just a thin film that is stuck on and already peeling and damaged on arrival. No way it is fit for purpose. Received an email saying they are sending another item -I don’t want a replacement! I want and am entitled to a full refund. AVOID!

I ordered in plenty of time to allow a few days disruption due to Royal Mail strikes. I managed to receive other items via Royal Mail which were ordered after this card in time. Got a standard reply telling me to wait longer due to royal mail strikes. Waited, still no cards. Messaged again was told I would get a refund via PayPal in 1 working day. No refund after 2 days. Messaged again now no response! Opened PayPal case and uploaded all emails. Guess what? Refund same day. Do not trust this company!

Then try to add another card to basket, boom, one hour wasted, your creation is gone..do it again...boom! Another wasted half hour re doing the multi photo upload... ALL CARDS gone after LOGGING IN . I downloaded the app after getting so annoyed with the website.. around three hours for two cards. Joke.

Review Description: Although I believed I had ordered with enough time in advance it took five weeks for a birthday card to arrive. Est date was 14th Nov but arrived 9th Dec ( birthday was 17th Nov ). I know it was given to Royal Mail just a couple of days after ordered so not the company’s fault for the long delivery time. It was the est delivery date that gave me false hope of arriving in time otherwise I would not have placed the order.

Review Description: Usually never have less than 5 star service, but this year tried to complete my family’s calendar, and have to say the worst piece of IT set up I have encountered in many years!! I am not exaggerating when I tell you it took 7 attempts to fill in 17 photos, along with base photo comments……6 hours I estimate, it saved when I came out, but lost loads when I went back, it lost photo’s, put some in the wrong months……if I was you stick to selling cards!!
