My review for furla.com I think the policy of not being able to return items that are on sale is a load of crap. If I didn’t like the bag and I want to return it, why can’t I have the right to do so? Then voicing my want of returning then getting an email back from a “professional” company basically telling me to suck it up and enjoy the bag even though, all i want to do is return it. I want my money back, this company doesn’t deserve any of my money. That was my mum’s experience with this company. Furla, you absolutely suck and the way you treat your customers is outrageous.
