The ordeal didn't end there; despite receiving the items, I discovered that the return process required me to use a pre-paid label that cost an additional $10. This was the final straw. As a customer who relies on these products for my everyday job in law enforcement, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and consideration. In desperation, I reached out to the BBB and the Kentucky Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint. My review for galls.com Completely ignorant customer service representatives. Initial order placed on 11/22/23 for $147.50, received an email three hrs. later that items would not be received until 12/23/2023. I canceled the order and received a ticket# for the transaction. On 11/28/2023 Galls charges my credit card $147.50 WTH? Called Galls and customer service representative said"we could not reach shipper and the product shipped." REALLY? THEN, I received ANOTHER $147.50 charge to my credit card. Galls denied it, so I had to send proof of by way of my banking statement. Items get delivered to my home on 12/3/2023 but to return them I have to use the return shipping label, AND be charged $10 for the freaking label!!! Galls sucks, from the lame ass excuses to the lame ass individuals that collect a weekly paycheck for the BS job they perform. Not one ounce of customer service AT ALL! I have followed up with a complaint to the BBB and also the Kentucky Attorney Generals Office of Consumers affairs. This is no way to treat customers. We do not wear your products to weddings, we wear your products to work each and every day. Law Enforcement, EMT, and others who work their asses off and require 511 and other brands. Get your crap straight and pull your heads out of your behinds, and be fair with your customers. P.
