Review Description: I seriously wish I could give them zero stars I preordered a game collector’s edition paid for it in full on my debit card. The release date passed and never received the game for my son. After countless amounts of time trying to get a hold of their customer service they kept hanging up on me so I decided to cancel my order. Now after using my debit card to place the order they are giving me a gift card for my refund. Once again trying to get a hold of them and get that fixed I get hanged up on again.

Review Description: I ordered a gaming console to be delivered to my house. It was delivered to the store. I had to use the post office to track it down. Once found, they mailed me the wrong item. I received a refurbished controller rather than the console. I have tried calling and calling for 2 weeks, sitting on the phone for 4 hours total with no live person. I've tried to process a return - no response. I've sent an email to customer service - NO RESPONSE. GameStop has $380 dollars of mine and I have a garbage controller that I didn't ask for.

Review Description: Still waiting on the PS4 I ordered online back on the 21st of November. I have been trying to call but the wait exceeds 60 minutes and the automated system tells me to call back tomorrow. No customer service in their chat. They do not respond to emails. Review Description: Purchased a game online and it was delivered to my old address 20 states away. I tried to cancel the order and it wouldn’t let me. It had the option to, but wouldn’t work. So now I’ve been calling for a week and it says they are experiencing high call volumes and hangs up on me. I have to go into the store ti get a refund. But I’m not flying across the USA for that. Also I have emailed and tried ti chat and apparently that is never up and running as well. I just want a refund for a game I’ve never had possession of
