Review Description: I recently placed an order on 11/1/2022 as of today 11/18/2022 I still haven’t received it. No tracking info since 11/7/2022. I did receive an email on 11/16/2022 from Gap asking me to write a review on my purchase experience. Since I never received my order I left a review expressing my displeasure with their company. Funny that the review wasn’t made public on their site. Buyer beware.

After one wear and one wash, the bottom hems have already started unravelling with long threads hanging from them. Clothing seems flimsier than it used to, although prices have gone up. I used to think GAP was worth it but no longer. Walmart quality.

I received an email stating that the pants were being processed for a return, which I never requested a return because I needed the pants. I called the customer service phone number.
