Bad quality office chairs

My review for gatopreto.com I bought two office chairs for work, priced at nearly 250 euros each (regular price). They were well-described, and on the images, they looked outstanding quality. But sadly, they are not. The mechanism that lifts the chair up and down is so bad that it blocked and stopped working after a couple of weeks in one chair and months in the other. Currently, you cannot even move the chair up, and it's so low that you cannot even work sitting on it. Basically, we had a horrible experience and lost 500 euros on something that was not worth it.
