I was extremely disappointed, as I had specifically chosen this gift for its customization. When I reached out to customer service to request a return, I was met with resistance. They refused to cover the return shipping costs, despite the fact that the bear was clearly not as described on their website. Ultimately, I had no choice but to pay $60 out of pocket just to return the incomplete bear. It was a frustrating and disheartening experience, especially given the excitement my daughter had for her personalized birthday gift. In the future, I will be turning to trusted retailers like Amazon for reliable customer service and fair return policies. My evaluation for giantteddy.com Bought a “personalised bear” for a party. The bear got here with out personalization, they could not do what we needed whereas falsely claimed they might do it prior to buy. Requested for return for the reason that bear didnt do its function and the get together had lapsed! They refused to pay transport! The bear was faulty because it was INCOMPLETE and never as described. We needed to pay 60 transport to return the silly bear. I doubt anybody may ever return their product to this shady firm! Purchase from AMAZON, they've higher customer support and return insurance policies. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST!No Results Found
