My review for gianvitorossi.com I bought the Swarovski crystal pumps for €2355,- with the worst quality. The fabric and swarovski came loose after wearing it once. I contact Gianvito customer service directly and I had to pay 100 euro to repair this. I think it’s nuts to pay 100 euro extra for a shoe that cost me €2355,- and it’s already damaged after wearing it once. I paid the costs to repair them and no answer. It’s disgusting how they handle situations like this. I am emailing with them since 14 December and still they did not repair anything! K
