My review for giftblooms.com This was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I placed a birthday order on 01/21/2024 to be delivered the very next day and my order was not delivered until a week and day later. When they finally delivered the order it was only partially delivered without the note. I received an email from Giftblooms on 01/25/2024 telling me the order was delivered and they knew it was not delivered. I requested a call several times an no one reached out. After the delivery was finally made I requested a refund for the item that was not delivered plus the expedited fee because there was NOTHING expedited. They refused to refund anything other than the item they didn't deliver. No phone call, no apologies, discount or anything for my inconvenience. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
