As Gillette costumer for so many years

As Gillette costumer for so many years i never needed to use costumer service. I live in Portugal and i use Gillette blades and foam for a long time since i was a kid regular Mach3 Mach 3 Turbo Fusion ive used it all. Usually i buy it from Spain on a web major cosmetics site called Perfumes Club who sell a lot of products from Gillette. So i was using a blade for 3 weeks and was time to change it but when i changed it i noticed the new blade was worse than the previous one i was using looking like a very used blade. I sent it to garbage and try another new one with the same outcome. Ok theres was a problem blades are not cheap so i wrote a mail to costumer service. I received a mail after 1 or 2 days asking for more details. I sent some pictures of the blades i was complaining about who had a golden stripe who are not usual next to new onesthey were good i have to buy on my local shop after my bad experience. After some days i received a new mail saying that they sent the complain to the costumer service and thats all. They didnt feel the need to collect the blades to check what was wrong or tried to replace it sending a new package of blades. I work in a company who sell products to the public and the minimum we do when theres a complain is to collect the product submit it to our laboratories see whats gone wrong and if theres anything wrong with it we send a card explaining whats was the problem and with a new product with our apologies. So shame on you Gillette Portugal or Procter Gamble. Bad service is what you gave.

My experience is with Gillette Canada was TERRIBLE

My experience is with Gillette Canada. I have their heated razor which I love there is no question that its a great razor but customer service sndor company policy is TERRIBLEThe clip that releases the blade popped off and the spring mechanism fell out. I have both part but just dont know how to reassemble or where the spring clip goes. I called to ask for instructions on reassembling and was told we dont providegive out that information. Youll have to buy a new unit. When I expressed concern at that answer as the razor still functions I was offered a 30 off coupon IF I bought at that very moment This coupled with the fact that I have a recurring subscription with them for blades for at least 2 years. I explained that 30 was of no consequence as their base price was well over 200 and other online vendors in Canada were selling for 127 and free shipping The response was too bad so sad I had been placed on hold for multiple periods and the call was well over 45 minutes without any satisfaction. I then asked for my subscription to be cancelled as well but they could have cared less I think that there are much better options available to us men and I do not think Gillette Canada cares at all about their loyal customer base Imagine disposing of all those components for lack of a spring clip that is reprehensible and irresponsible When I told them I would be leaving a review they also cancelled my account and I can no longer log into their system even after requesting a password resetEnough said..

Gillettes razor is a sad waste

Gillettes latest razor is a complete waste of time as are the three complaints Ive made to Gillette as well as the latest one Ive sent to the board of Proctor Gamble. They say that refunds are available but thats a lie. Gillette used to be a proud name but all good things come to an end. There are better products on the market so do yourself a favour and shop around. I find it very sad and from many reviews it would seem that Im not alone.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service including management. In particular Austin and Stacy. Placed an order for a heated razor which was cancelled three times after being called a out shipment and provided my credit card each time. This process took over three months. When I inquired who I could speak to was told they do not have an employee list or phone number of someone I could contact. I am a business owner and would never provide this terrible customer service. Now I understand why Gillette has so many terrible reviews. Just another stay away

Dangerous and poor design of many of the standard heads

Rear of razor on many of their designs contains another bladed edge for no apparent reason ngl Ive just cut off a nice chunk of skin on it. Would appreciate if they were designed a little less shoddy in future.

Buyer beware

Disappointed with my purchaseMy recent experience with this company left me feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Upon placing an order for two items totaling over 20 I was enticed by the promise of a free gift. However upon receiving my package the promised gift was nowhere to be found. Frustrated by this discrepancy I promptly reached out to their customer support team hoping for a resolution to this issue. To my astonishment the response I received was far from empathetic or accommodating. Instead I was met with a dismissive and unsympathetic attitude with the blame being shifted onto me for supposedly not selecting the gift during the checkout process. In all honesty I was taken aback by the lack of concern for customer satisfaction and the apparent disregard for resolving the situation amicably. I made it clear that I had not been presented with an option to choose a gift during my purchase yet this seemed to fall on deaf ears. The sheer apathy and unhelpfulness displayed by the customer service representatives left me with a sour taste in my mouth prompting me to reconsider any future purchases from this company. It was disheartening to realize that they showed little regard for retaining a loyal customer. Regrettably I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others especially given the abundance of superior options available. It is my firm belief that exemplary customer service is pivotal in any successful business and in this regard they unequivocally missed the mark. For anyone seeking a reliable and considerate supplier for razors I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

i had a fantastic experiance with these guys i got exactly what i ordered via subscription on the website1x razor1xgillete shaving cream shave rapid shave gelthen every 3months ill get replacement blade cartridges it all shipped and arrived with in like a week so pretty fast shipping as well so far i have no complaints everything has gone smooth for me and customer service was great and responsive and fast at doing so as well ill update if needed later as time goes on and i get more experiance with this service

Vote with your wallets people I am absolutely disappointed to know that you are using animal testing. and therefore this unnecessary and disgusting animal cruelty cannot be tolerated anymore I have been buying your products for long time but as soon as I got to know this I decided not to use your products and switch to brands that do not do this anymore. There are alternatives to avoid it and so many brands are switching to crueltyfree. If you care at all about poor animals and people in general you should be more considerate then maybe more customers will come back.

You don8217t need Gillette

Gilletes products are expensive and nothing you need besides maybe pro glide for shaving your head. There its pretty good and handy. On the other hand for regular quality grooming and shaving there are alot better and pricy products like safe razors. Better results and alot less confusing standards.

When I first began using these razors I had no idea that my purchase was inadvertently contributing to a particular worldview. All I wanted was a reliable razor not a political statement. It seems to me that a company should stay out of politics especially when their main business is manufacturing razors. That being said I do appreciate the transparency but it has led me to reconsider my purchasing choices. As a result I have opted to no longer support this company. For years I had been a loyal customer drawn in by the quality and performance of their products. However the idea that my consumer choices may have been inadvertently endorsing a particular political stance led me to reevaluate where I spend my money. Excellent customer service 5 stars. I bought an electric beard trimmer but the spacer that I used fell apart rather quickly. I contacted Gillette about this and quickly received vouchers to buy a whole replacement set as individual combs are not available. So 5 stars for customer service. 2 stars for not having replacement combs its not environmentally responsible to replace a whole unit just to get a small plastic attachment.2 stars for combs that fall apart so quickly. The wider ones would probably last longer.45 stars for the design of the main unit a good shape to hold easy to clean nice looking cylindrical shape etc
