Quality it is not. Customer Service it is not

My review for givenchy.com I purchased a Givenchy handbag in Paris for my daughter and was oh so excited. The very first use ended up such a disappointment. The leather pull on the zipper fell off. The brand says we will repair it but don’t see it as a priority as it is usable. I spent this much money on supposedly luxury bag to have it become unusable from the very first wear?! The bag cannot be used as it cannot be zipped/closed. And the customer service team is the absolute worst- one I haven’t ever experienced even with much less premier merchandise. Staff is incompetent, not prompt and does not perform on their promises. I will be taking this matter further if I don’t get it repaired asap. Needless to say none of my family members or friends will ever do as much as looking at anything made by Givenchy.
