Review Description: AWFUL! I have been a loyal customer for years. I placed an order on December 2, 2022. Still don't have it. I've been told it was frozen in the system. I'm done with them and will be shopping locally from now on. I was also on hold for an hour before I got to speak to a human. Ridiculous!!

Review Description: For the last few Christmas seasons, I've spend hundreds of of dollar in orders. This year I placed my orders a couple months in advance, thinking things would go smoother. They did not. One client did not receive their chocolates. I emailed corporate sales 6 days ago to see if they could send a replacement order, and even offered to double pay. I've still yet to hear if they've sent a replacement order.

Review Description: I've been a really loyal customer, but the web site hasn't let me check out in the last two years. It says my payment isn't working. I tried three different cards, and even changed my address on one to my work address. Called customer service. They had no idea and made it clear that there was no way to even address the question. Said I could call and order over the phone. Right, I'm going to read 20 addresses over the phone. I can do a corporate order - way more expensive.

Review Description: I don't normally write review but after seeing some poor reviews I was worried after placing my order - however the dress arrived in 7 days despite the Royal Mail strikes . It was exactly as shown on the website - colour and quality as shown and true to size ( M&S size 12 ) So I am really pleased with my purchase .

Review Description: Predatory business practices. Their website didn’t properly use a Godiva gift card I used on an order. I immediately contacted them to cancel the order so I can place the same order using my gift card. Even though I contacted them within one business day, they refused to cancel the order. I wish I could give them zero stars. I will never give this company my business.

Review Description: I ordered 30 full price chocolate gift boxs online as Christmas gifts, and then received them on 15/11/2022. I found the Best Before Date of products are 20/12/2022. The website didn't mention that the item I bought is a short shelf life product. In addition, all products I bought are full price, not on sale. I also need to pay the post fee by myself if I return them. It's too terrible experience!

Review Description: I should have read the reviews before placing a time-sensitive order. The only way to track a shipment is to call their over-burdened customer service line. There is a "track shipment" button on theiir website but the only infomation available was a copy of my receipt. The automated drone at customer service says you can chat live with a representative, but I looked on the site for quite a while and could not find a chat feature and a search for it came up with nothing. Extremely unsatisfactory experience.
