Review Description: I was greeted by a very smart gentleman who asked if he could help, he listened and advised appropriately. He was not pushy at all. I actually left to search again but came back because of the friendly welcome. The service was perfect. I was offered a cup of tea (wonderful on a cold December morning) and chatted to a lovely adviser called Nicole. She was able to help me choose the perfect present for a relative, and also made me feel that she was happy to spend the time with me. I’d definitely choose Goldsmiths again.
