My review for goldstartool.com Straight up thieves and scammers. Placed an order, was charged for it, then I almost immediately canceled the order because I found a better product for a better price from a real distributor. I was told over the phone by their service rep that my order was successfully canceled and refunded. Now after several weeks and many emails and calls to the incompetent service department I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. They have assured me that I’ve been refunded, and even claimed to have “pushed” a refund through while I was on the phone with them. I have no recourse since there was never any emailed confirmation of my cancellation, and now it’s been almost a month of dealing with this. Just save some money and a headache and don’t do business with these lying thieving scammers. C
