Two weeks ago, I visited the Golf Plus store in Orgeval around 1 pm, and despite encountering a couple of hiccups, the customer service I received was truly exceptional. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by three members of staff, and although two of them seemed engrossed in trying out putters, the third, a woman, immediately stepped in to assist me. I ended up purchasing a Titleist TSi2 9° Stiff for 599 euros, and despite feeling a bit overwhelmed by the plethora of options, the staff member was patient and knowledgeable, guiding me through the selection process. At the checkout, I also bought a small 2 euro Sharpie black marker, and to my surprise, it was not added to my invoice – a small but delightful gesture that truly exemplified their commitment to customer satisfaction. Sure, I could have easily shopped elsewhere, but the level of expertise and warmth I experienced at Golf Plus was unmatched. And when it comes to making an investment in high-quality golf equipment, that’s what really matters. In summary, my encounter with Golf Plus was a testament to their unwavering dedication to providing top-notch customer service, and it’s something that has certainly earned my loyalty. While two were testing putters, they managed to balance their fun work environment with attentive customer service. Ultimately, I purchased a Titleist TSi2 9° Stiff for 599 euros. It felt like more than just a transaction; it was a personalized experience. Curious about comparing it to the Epic and SIM, I inquired about the differences. Though the explanations were not as detailed as I had hoped, I appreciated their effort. At the checkout, I bought a small black Sharpie for 2 euros. Despite this small accessory purchase post my substantial one, the overall customer service was outstanding. In contrast to other stores that may provide discounts or small gifts, Golf Plus excelled in product knowledge and genuine care. Even if Carré Golf Orgeval offers discounts, the expertise and warmth at Golf Plus stood out. They may not have had the Titleist stiff at Carré, but my decision to go with Golf Plus was validated by the attentive service. Additionally, I had to request the Titleist cover and tightening key, although the staff happily accommodated my needs. While Golf Plus may have had mixed reviews regarding their commercial practices, my positive experience at the Péreire store showcases their potential for excellence. A Disappointing Online Experience – Definitely Avoidable

I recently had the displeasure of going through a truly disappointing online shopping experience with golfplus.fr. While I have had positive experiences at their physical store, my one and only venture into placing an order online was nothing short of deplorable and entirely unacceptable. I placed an order for a waterproof pullover on the 11th of November, received a confirmation on the 16th of November, but by the 1st of December, the order status still showed "being prepared" on the website. Upon calling customer service on the 1st of December, I was informed that a delivery had just arrived and my order should be shipped within the week. However, by the 16th of December, there was still no sign of my order, and the status continued to display "being prepared." Another call from my end led to me being informed that the order likely wouldn't be delivered before the holidays, yet it still remained "being prepared." Fast forward to today, the 24th of December, I received a call stating that the order could not be fulfilled, and I was offered a refund. There was no gesture of goodwill for holding onto my money for 40 days and failing to meet the order. I strongly advise steering clear of their online service. There are certainly other sites that uphold a far more professional standard.

My review for golfplus.fr Expérience en ligne déplorable et à éviter. Autant mon expérience en magasin est positive, autant mon unique expérience d'une commande en ligne est absolument déplorable et totalement inacceptable. Commande d'un pull imperméable le 11/1, confirmation de commande le 16/11, mais commande toujours "en cours de préparation" sur le site le 1/12. 1er appel téléphonique de ma part le 1/12 lors duquel on m'informe qu'une livraison vient d'arriver et que ma commande devrait être expédiée dans la semaine. Le 16/12 toujours rien et commande toujours "en cours de préparation". Nouvel appel de ma part. On m'informe que la commande ne pourra sûrement pas être livrée avant les fêtes mais la commande est toujours en cours. Aujourd'hui 24/12, je reçois un appel téléphonique m'indiquant que la commande ne pourra pas être réalisée et que je peux donc être remboursé. Pas de geste commercial pour avoir gardé mon argent pendant 40 jours et faire défaut sur la commande... Je conseille vivement d'éviter leur service en ligne. D'autres sites sont bien plus professionnels.
