Review Description: Contacted customer service twice and the one time they contacted me back they didn’t address the issue at all. Just randomly mentioned something else about the order. Once I realized the package was not going to ship in their guaranteed 4 day period, I needed to change the address or cancel because I’d no longer be at the address I shipped to. They still have not contacted me back in regard to the issue at hand. No one responds to emails and no one answers calls.

Review Description: I placed an order twice online using two different credit cards and both my orders were canceled due to suspicion of fraudulent transactions. I emailed customer service 4 times and messaged them. I got no help at all. They replied asking me to use another email and phone number to place a new order. I feel very offended. They just lost $540 and way more from a great customer I will not be purchasing from there ever again! I’m very disappointed. Customer service sucks!
