Review Description: Gemma was very helpful when i went back with a recently purchased pair of walking boots. I was unsure about whether they were big enough and hadn’t been happy with the service of the assistant who served me first time who was honest about not normally being on the shoe department. Gemma found an alternative boot in similar price range and half a size larger (which i hadn’t been offered before)which was much more comfortable and took both boxes to the till for me to exchange. A very positive experience and i really like the new boots!

Review Description: Went today to buy some boots and coats. Was served by Karen who kindly updated our card and gave us a new one ,which didn't happen last time. She also asked if we had any other discounts due and luckily I had my NHS blue light card which she used to give us more discount. I was unaware I could use my card there ,as I didn't see any signs upon entering the shop. Happy savings make a happy.bunny

Review Description: Product delivered as expected very happy. Unfortunately, Evri delivery company need to get a grip. First sending an email saying they have it,then another to say it will be delayed, then another saying that I wasn't in and they would try again the next day even though it was delivered. Go outdoors is a good shop. Shame about the contractors they use.

Review Description: Order Number - 684590618. First time customer, I bought trainers and a membership card. Went to collect my item when I received a message that my item was ready, I paid but afterwards I kept receiving texts saying collect your parcel, it kept saying you have not collected your parcel. As I have a life limiting brain tumour I found this a hassle and unprofessional, surely there is a way for your staff to update the system and stop sending texts. I did complain for them to stop sending these text messages.

Review Description: Visited the store today to look at a few items and also purchase some new camping gear Tom greeted us at the door and he along with all the staff we spoke to were fantastic so helpful and even thou I thought I knew it all Tom one upped me a few times which I’m more than happy about First time visiting this store but certainly won’t be the last spent north of 500 and will be back to do the same very shortly would really like to thank Tom and the team made a almost 2 hour experience thoroughly enjoyable

Review Description: I used the Pudsey GoCollect stand for an item I had ordered online and was served by Kevin. There was some confusion around a discount code I had been able to use online when placing the order but was not available in store. Kevin was very helpful and friendly and honoured the discount that was shown on my email order confirmation. The transaction was made much smoother and I was sent away with my item and well wishes from Kevin.
