My overview for gourmetfleisch.de Ich habe 3 Lieferungen von dem Saftladen bekommen - alle 3 sind zu spät ausgeliefert (UPS, dafür können die leider nichts), alle 3 Sendungen angetaut da viel zu wenig Trockeneis im Paket. In der ersten Lieferung fehlte eine Place komplett, wurde auf Anfrage nachgeliefert...leider so aufgetaut, dass ich spontan die ganze Nachbarschaft zum Grillen einladen musste... Nach einem Telefonat sollte alles besser werden...der Kundenservice hat leider nur standardisierte Ausreden parat...für mich endet die Kundenbeziehung hier. Bei den Preisen kann ich überall kaufen, die Qualität struggle intestine, aber nicht überragend. Sehr aufschlussreich finde ich, dass google Bewertungen komplett deaktiviert wurden, wahrscheinlich struggle das Bild dort ähnlich wie hier

Auch wenn UPS in Punkto Zuverlässigkeit einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen hat, hat GF bis zum Schluss bei UPS Druck gemacht, dass die bestellte Ware doch noch rechtzeitig kommt. Sehr professioneller kundenorientierten Service und so gab es einen sehr leckeren Barbequeempfang mit exzellenter TK-Ware. Von mir 5 Sterne - gerne wieder!
