No refund after canceled order

My evaluation for grandvision.it I ordered sun shades in July 2023. After saying for a very long time that the merchandise was out of inventory and I must wait, it was determined from them to cancel the order. Now it has been greater than 5 months and I nonetheless have not despatched my a refund. Recently they do not even reply to emails.
