One Star Customer Svc / 4 Stars for…

I can't say enough good things about the quality of the products from greatjonesgoods.com. From the pans to the dutch oven and sheet pans, everything has exceeded my expectations. The only reason I'm leaving a four-star rating for the product is the poor handling during shipping. Our order arrived in a single, loosely packaged box without any protective layers, which resulted in one of the pans being damaged. When we reached out to customer service, we were disappointed to learn that it would take two weeks for a response. However, I have to give credit where it's due – despite the slow response time, they did eventually send us a replacement for the damaged pan. Although the customer service experience left much to be desired, I will definitely reorder from Great Jones in the future, purely because of the exceptional quality of their products. I just hope that they can address the customer service response time, as it would make the overall experience truly outstanding.
