Above and Beyond Quality, but Let Down by Delivery

Our experience with greenpoopbag.co.uk has been a mixed bag, quite literally. While we have found their poop bags to be of excellent quality, the delivery and customer service left much to be desired. Despite updating our address on the website after moving houses, our orders continued to be delivered to our old address, causing frustration and inconvenience on multiple occasions. Our attempts to seek assistance from customer service were met with silence, further compounding our disappointment. As much as we appreciate the product itself, the delivery issues and lack of responsiveness have ultimately deterred us from continuing to patronize this brand. The bags themselves are good quality but the customer experience is not. We've ordered a few times and moved houses in that period. Deleted the old address on the website and updated with the new but after placing the order they still kept going to the old address which has happened twice. Contacted customer service, no response. Will not be ordering again!!
